This policy covers returns and warranty for DESi smart locks sold by the authorized UAE distributor. It is governed by UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the UAE.

Section 02
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange free collection and offer a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you.
After day 7, manufacturing defects are covered under our 2-year manufacturer's warranty � see Section 06.
Section 03
You may return an unused product within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Outbound delivery charges paid at purchase are non-refundable.

Section 06
All DESi smart locks and accessories sold by us are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal residential use.
To raise a warranty claim, email support@utopicrx.com with your order number, fault description, and photos or video.
Section 07
Inspect outer packaging at delivery. If the carton is visibly damaged, refuse delivery or accept with a written note to the courier. Notify us within 24 hours with photos of the carton and product.
Section 08
Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 7�14 working days. Bank transfers within 5 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. We do not issue cash refunds.
